The hotel is run by Verena Ladinser, whose warmth and authenticity define its spirit, together with her father, Franz Ladinser, who personally curates the wine cellar. Chef Rocco Ferraro ensures culinary excellence with refined dishes inspired by South Tyrolean, Italian and international traditions. During the season, he invites guests to join small cooking classes, while Franz hosts weekly wine tastings.
The 29 rooms, each unique in design and atmosphere, offer both style and intimacy. A panoramic rooftop spa and terrace open up to breathtaking views of the Dolomites. In summer, bicycles are available; year-round, entry to the local indoor pool is included. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hotel.
