More than 600 years of history are to be discovered inside this farmhouse; you can see them in the romanic elements of the walls in the south-eastern corner of the building. The holiday farm is now managed by the 4th generation of the Kienzl family.

Welcome to the Ausserpircher farm! The farm is situated approx. 1200 metres above sea level. In a very quiet and sunny position, surrounded by meadows, pastures, and woods. Only 3 km from the village centre of San Genesio, a place characterised by its peace and beauty.

The historical building, Villa Lageder, is situated in the South Tyrolean mountain village Sarentino/Sarnthein, only 17 km from Bolzano, at a height of almost 1,000 metres. It was rebuilt on an old foundation in 1899 and reconstructed in a luxurious style between 2004 and 2006.

Surrounded by the mountains and meadows, Burgerhof has a quiet location and is 19 km away from Bolzano. Apartments and rooms have Alpine style. During the summer, you can swim in the small lake right outside.
