Welcome to the Ausserpircher farm! The farm is situated approx. 1200 metres above sea level. In a very quiet and sunny position, surrounded by meadows, pastures, and woods. Only 3 km from the village centre of San Genesio, a place characterised by its peace and beauty.

More than 600 years of history are to be discovered inside this farmhouse; you can see them in the romanic elements of the walls in the south-eastern corner of the building. The holiday farm is now managed by the 4th generation of the Kienzl family.

Welcome to Garni Birnbamerhof! The house is located in the centre of the village of San Genesio, ideal starting point for numerous walking-tours. From Europe’s largest larch tree meadows plateau (Salto/Salten) to the men of stones, you can always find the appropriate excursion.

On the Ausserebner Hof in front of the idyllic backdrop of the Sarntal Alps, every holidaymaker is offered the right thing. Those looking for relaxation will find it in the tranquillity of the mountains and the beauty of nature.

The historical building, Villa Lageder, is situated in the South Tyrolean mountain village Sarentino/Sarnthein, only 17 km from Bolzano, at a height of almost 1,000 metres. It was rebuilt on an old foundation in 1899 and reconstructed in a luxurious style between 2004 and 2006.

The Stücklhof is located in the midst of green meadows and forests, only 3 km from the mountain village of Jenesien (above Bolzano). The family of 5, the like cows, chickens, pigs, rabbits, and cats are looking forward to welcoming you.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, then the Wieserhof is the place for you! Magnificent hiking trails in the Val Sarentino/Sarntal Valley await you! The farmstead offers a unique panoramic location above the valley.

The farmhouse Moar in Rumsein is located in Bologna at San Genesio, on a plateau at about 920 m of altitude, with a spectacular view of the capital Bolzano - the heart of South Tyrol.
