Our pizza is based on simple but solid foundations: the wood-fired oven, the quality of the ingredients and our passion. At Al Bivio you will find a wide variety of delicious pizzas, both for lunch and dinner, carefully prepared in our wood-fired oven.

In this pearl of the Dolomites in San Martino di Castrozza the team of the Hotel Centrale hopes to convey to its guests serenity and relaxation. The attention to every little detail and the special care, that has always been reserved for the guests.

The restaurant, located in the village of Caoria, is totally surrounded by greenery in the Vanoi Valley. It is managed by the Caser family with a butchery and food license since 1914 under the Imperial Royal District of Primiero.

The restaurant of our hotel in Tonadico offers authentic flavours and typical tastes of the mountains and the local region. To enhance the freshness and genuineness of the high-quality ingredients, dishes are prepared using local and seasonal products.

Agritur Dalaip, at 1,200 m a.s.l., is surrounded by green meadows on the edge of the Paneveggio Pale di S. Martino Natural Park. At the old farmhouse, renovated and inaugurated in spring 2006, you can enjoy total relaxation.
