At the restaurant of the Ostaria Posta the traditional Ladin dishes are reinterpreted.
It’s very important for the team that the dishes come from the regional area and are seasonally fresh.
Between the cold starters – such as the tutres (fried Ravioli) – and warm starters, you find a wide range of ravioli and pasta all homemade by Ivan, the Sous Chef. The tasty meat is prepared by the Chef of cuisine Ossi. Highlight of the experience may be the irresistible desserts made by Manuela, the owner of the restaurant. Her husband Philipp, the sommelier, complements the fine experience with his extending wine list of local, Italian and not so commonly known wines.
