Locanda Enventoour offers a cuisine that is both unusual and simple at the same time, drawing generously from the resources of the surrounding nature, the vegetable garden, and the slopes and ridges around Blins. The menu features a variety of recipes based on wild herbs, homemade cured meats, local valley cheeses, meat and game, or river fish.
