Restaurant Ostello del Monastero
The restaurant offers dishes rich in tradition and innovation. In the menu there are typical dishes of Val Maira, which are accompanied by regional specialities from all over Italy. Special attention is paid to the needs of guests, and for this are proposed on request vegetarian and vegan menus and menus for guests with different intolerances (gluten, dairy products, etc.). The raw materials used are local, some of which are self-produced in the garden of the restaurant. There is a selection of local Piedmontese wines, from two small wineries, one of which has the BIO certificate and produces sulphite-free products. It is also offered excellent beer, produced by a micro craft brewery in Acceglio in Valle Maira, always to have local products and supply chains of very close suppliers. In summer, guests can enjoy a wonderful homemade ice cream, produced in a historic laboratory of Dronero. The restaurant service is active for all guests of the hotel, but also for those who only want to use this service. The reservation is mandatory.
