Restaurant Vecchia Sorni

The Vecchia Sorni restaurant is located on the hills of Aviani, with a view of the vineyards and apple orchards of the Piana Rotaliana. Located three kilometers from the motorway exit of S. Michele all’Adige and two kilometers from the Val d’Adige cycle path (exit Nave S.Rocco) which connects the provinces of Bolzano and Verona. It is located one kilometer from the famous "Wine Route" and nearby you can visit several wineries and distilleries, breweries, farmhouses with accommodation and sale of gastronomic products.
The restaurant consists of from three small rooms in characteristic vaults and a panoramic outdoor terrace, in wood and glass, both heated and air-conditioned.
The cuisine of the chef and owner, Lorenzo Callegari, is a cuisine attentive to traditions but with foreign and modern influences. The seasonality of the products is respected, with a consequent change of menu. The menu consists of à la carte dishes and possibility tasting menu. There are also vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free dishes.
