In Chiuro, in the heart of Valtellina, our restaurant has been welcoming guests for nearly two centuries with family recipes and genuine mountain cuisine. Here you can enjoy traditional dishes such as pizzoccheri and chisciöi, along with lesser-known specialties deeply rooted in the local heritage—polenta "cropa," taroz, game, and slow-cooked stews. Our historic vaulted cellars hold a refined selection of Valtellina wines, and the dessert trolley has become a beloved tradition at the end of every meal.
Since 1843, the same family has carried this craft forward, now reaching its sixth generation. The historic building features three intimate dining rooms and a larger hall suitable for groups and celebrations. Reservations are recommended.
