The Eberlehof winery is located in the centre of the classic S. Maddalena wine growing area near Bolzano. The Eberlehof was first mentioned as a winery in 1312. This traditional winery has been in possession of the Zisser family since 1668.

We have chosen a natural and organic form of cultivation that includes careful intervention by hand for the winter pruning, trimming, grape selection and harvest. We believe that it is our duty to gather the uniqueness of the land and manifest this in wines that are typical of the qualities of their location and variety.

Soaring majestically upwards from the slopes, you can see it from far and wide: Since autumn 2018, this shimmering cube has been the new headquarters of the Wine Cellar Bolzano.
