We had a wonderful time in Perca. The owner Franz was very helpful and gave us lots of tips for places to visit and things to do - cafés, restaurants, activities. Quick responses and easy communication. Private parking. We even decided to prolong our stay as the place was so calm, nice interiors and perfect location to reach all the surrounding attractions - walkable distances to ski lifts (if you don't want to walk, there is a private car park next to the lifts), supermarket and pharmacy. Brunico is only a 5-min drive by car, there is also a bus station right next to the house and a train station within walking distance. The apartment's interiors are modern, and it is furnished with all things necessary to make your holiday nice and easy. We loved our stay here and look forward to coming again. The apartment is in a nice location with a great view of Kronplatz. It is well-equipped, very comfortable and modern. The feeling in the app is very homely, which is also ensured by the friendly owner, who also gives you information on where to get good pizza, wonderful desserts, where is good food. You also get other necessary advice. Extraordinary!

New, very nicely decorated and equipped apartment, with a view on Kronpalatz. Parking place is in the garage. It is two hundred meters away from the valley station of the skilift. The owner is always available and helpful.
This appartament is exeptional! The furnishings and the equipment are of a very high quality and far above the standard of a normal holiday flat. Everything was great.
We came for 1 week ski vacation. Francesco, our host, contacted us using WhatsApp before arrival. I had some questions regarding ski gear rental and he gave us the best tips. The apartment is brand new, super clean, spacious, well-designed and very comfortable. Lots of daylight and an amazing view of the Kronplatz slopes from every window. Francesco has thought about everything a guest might need. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is also perfect - 5 minute walk from Perca ski lift. We rented our gear in the lift building area and also left it there in a warm locker, super comfortable. There is a supermarket nearby and some nice restaurants. Kronplatz was great for skiing.
