Restaurant Sarner Skihütte

In the heart of nature, surrounded by forests, meadows and mountains, the Sarner Skihütte, situated at 1,600 metres above sea level, invites guests to enjoy a special culinary experience. With its unique view of the Dolomites, it combines traditional hospitality with an exceptional location.
Cuisine has always been at the heart of the Sarner Skihütte. Since 1939, guests have been welcomed and looked after with great care, ever since my grandparents built the hut and laid the foundations for today’s guesthouse. At that time, it could only be reached in winter on skis—an adventure that made every visit truly special.
My grandmother shaped the cuisine at the "Skihütten Burgl" for many years, delighting guests with her homemade specialities. Particularly popular was her omelette with cranberry jam. To this day, the cuisine at the Sarner Skihütte represents a blend of Tyrolean delicacies and Italian flair.
