From the cultivation of small organic fruits (black, red and white currants, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, plums and ramassine, typical plums from Val di Susa), Alpes d’OC produces fruit compotes (jams of the highest quality and genuineness), fruit juices and pulp and cassis liqueur.
The Alpes d’OC cassis was born at 1500 m above sea level in Morinesio, a historic and small Alpine village situated on the sunny slopes of the Cozie Alps, in the Maira valley (Cuneo). The area is known and loved for its great historical and landscape value and its natural integrity.
The cultivation environment is strictly biological: there are no roads, farms and urban settlements.
Currant nigrum berries are collected patiently by hand and selected before their transformation according to ancient monastic recipe, to make the cassis Alpes d’OC unique and inimitable.
The Alpes d’OC cassis is a natural alcoholic nectar of black currant, pleasant to the palate and rich in the beneficial properties: excellent digestive, excellent against colds and respiratory difficulties, formidable antioxidant.
Drink it preferably at the end of each meal!
The yarn obtained from the shearing of alpacas, it’s a very warm and precious fiber that does not contain lanolin (unlike wool) and therefore does not cause any kind of allergy, is transformed into warm and beautiful hats, scarves, socks and sweaters and pullovers.
