To conclude, the homemade ice cream infused with berries sourced from Morinesio and Cassis, and, of course, the exceptional "Gran Cassis" digestive, crafted by Alpes d’OC Morinesio, utilizing the berries of Ribes nigrum grown on its own, is truly exceptional and unrivaled.
