Beautiful vacation

Perfectly equipped and nice apartment with garage and elevator, close to the center of Ortisei, yet in a nice quiet location. We were very satisfied and would love to come back. The Mussner family was very helpful and nice, thank you! We look forward to seeing you again.

Beautiful apartment

Comfortable apartment with lovely views. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, although for us a microwave or combination oven instead of a conventional oven would be an improvement. We were aware that there was no air conditioning; however, the weather was really hot, and it would certainly have been a bonus to have an air conditioning. The fact that we would like to return says a lot, though.

Cosy and comfortable apartment, very kind staff, near ski bus stop, garage, ski room. Internet connection must be more stable and much better.

A Wonderful Place to Stay in Ortisei

We stayed in the Saslonch apartment at Casa Rustica and do highly recommend it, for many reasons: Our host, Martina, was friendly and very helpful both during booking, and after we arrived. She was an excellent source of information about Ortisei and Val Gardena. She was responsive to any questions we had, but was also happy to leave us be and experience the area - a perfect host. We found the location of Casa Rustica perfect for our needs. Ortisei is a wonderful place that we are eager to return to when we can. Casa Rustica is located centrally in Ortisei, a few minutes’ walk from shops, restaurants, the center of town and multiple gondolas. At the same time, the neighbourhood was very quiet and pleasant. The Saslonch apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and so was the rest of the building of Casa Rustica. It is very well cared for and kept up by the hosts. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised on the website, what we had seen in the photos and description is exactly what we got. The WIFI connection was strong with fast internet. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and cutlery. The fridge and stove worked well, and the dishwasher was a very nice time-saving feature. The bed was very comfortable, we slept well each night. The bedroom has a large wardrobe that accommodated all our clothing. The balcony had a great view of the mountains, and was a very pleasant place to have breakfast and/or dinner, or just to sit with a glass of wine in the evening. Having access to a washing machine downstairs was also very useful.

A great place to stay with a great host!

We stayed at Apartments Agnes in January 2023. It was an exceptional experience in every single aspect - starting from the communication and kindness of the host, Mr. Flavio, to the perfect accommodation in a new and very tastefully decorated apartment with all of the equipment we needed. We also got a free weekly entrance to the city pool, which had a lot of facilities to relax after ski, and a free weekly bus ticket. There is a bus station 150 meters from the apartment that takes you either to the Ortisei gondola or to St. Christina or Selva if you want to start your ski from there (very helpful if you want to do Sella Ronda). The city centre is within walking distance, and at the same time, the neighbourhood is very nice and peaceful. All in all - excellent value for the money, has exceptional apartments, wonderful host. Warm recommendation staying here when in the Dolomites.

Cozy stay

Spacious and clean. Nice garden to relax. Quiet neighbourhood but also very close to Ortisei city centre.

The best hotel

An extremely good hotel, first of all because of the exceptional hospitality and kindness of the owners and employees, and then also in terms of the contents, cleanliness, excellent food, as well as the complete service. We have been vacationing in this hotel for several years and are happy to come back again.

Nicely decorated and well-equipped apartment

Very modern interior design with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to town centre but quiet all the time.

Great place to stay in a beautiful ski resort

The location was very nice, close to bus stop and city Ortisei. Good restaurant across the street. Rooms were clean and cosy.

Super place, friendly approach of the owners. Clean and fully equipped rooms. No additional fees. Fully recommended.

Wonderful

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything. The room was cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. What truly made the experience special was the host. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. After I left, I realized I had forgotten my glasses in the room. Not only did she find them, but she also kindly mailed them back to me, which I deeply appreciated. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. It offers a great location, a comfortable space, and a truly caring host. Thank you again for everything!

Excellent stay in the Dolomites

I had an excellent stay at Ulrike B&B with my family. The property is well maintained and easily accessible by car and buses. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Top attractions in the Dolomites (Seceda etc.) are just a stone’s throw away. Ulrike and Eveline are very kind hosts. Highly recommended.
