Welcome to Maso K, your design retreat nestled in the enchanting Alps of Folgaria, in the charming village of Carpeneda in Folgaria West. Here, surrounded by pristine nature and an exclusive forest, you will find your personal paradise.

These two apartments, furnished with taste and refinement and suitable for couples or families with children, are located in a sunny and quiet position. In their immediate proximity there is a farmhouse, a playground, a clinic and the recycling depot.

The house is located in Nocchi di Folgaria, a small settlement dominated by the beautiful and spacious valley of Costa, where numerous field can be found. The property is set in a green and quiet area in the village of Nocchi.

Independent chalet, surrounded by wide meadows, located at the foot of the forest road leading to the Monte Finonchio refuge at 1,600 metres above sea level. It can be reached with a comfortable walk of about 1 hour and 30 minutes. The chalet is in a very peaceful setting.

The apartment is located in San Sebastiano di Folgaria, in a quiet and sunny position. The renovated apartment has a kitchen with access to the balcony, a spacious living room, a closet, bathroom with window and bath tub, a double room and a second room with double bed.

Charming attic in Tyrolean style, characterized by extremely refined details. Particularly suitable for families with children, it is located just a few minutes walk from the picturesque centre of Folgaria.

Luserna is located at 1,333 meters above sea level and has been recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The town is not a Cimbrian linguistic island par excellence, where this language (Middle High German with a Bavarian accent) is still spoken by the majority.

The accommodation facility is an old, renovated stone house in the municipality of Altopiano della Vigolana, set in a road and hiking ring suitable for walking, horse riding and mountain biking.

Apartment of about 45 square meters in Folgaria West, at the ground floor of an house built in the first decades of the 1900s. The town center can be reached on foot in ten minutes; in the area there are the starting point for various walks and the main playground of the town.
