Mountain huts Alpe di Siusi / Seiser Alm

Many years ago the grandmother of the „Tschötscherhof" sat every summer at the Puflatsch in this mountain hut with a hoard of grandchildren at her feet and offered the passing hikers fresh milk, a glass of schnapps and carefully prepared cheese sandwiches.

The Tuffalm is set in the midst of the Schlern nature park and thanks to the unique hospitality of the family Haselrieder it is one of the most popular huts in South Tyrol. Families are particularly welcome to the pasture that offers lots of attractions, such as a petting zoo.

The Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park, away from the crowd, enchants both young and old. Right in the middle, between the Niger Pass and San Cipriano in Tiers, you will find the Plafötsch Alm. It is located at 1570 m above the sea level, surrounded by meadows and forests.

The Schlernbödelehütte (1693m) is located on the North-East flank of the Schlern. The hut is provided with 20 beds, which are divided into two comfortable guest rooms. It can be reached: from Seis (Bad Ratzes hiking car park) in approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes.

The restaurant... in the Tirler hut! Of course in the restaurant we serve typical South Tyrolean dishes and various specialties from international cuisine.

The Schgaguler Schwaige mountain hut, lying at 1905m near the mountain station of the Ortisei / Alpe di Siusi cable car, opened in 1991.

The Schlernhaus is located at 2457m on the high mountain plateau of the Schlern, symbol of South Tyrol. Framed by the Lang and Plattkofel, the Rosengarten chain and the Latemar, the mountain hut looks like a castle to walkers as they make their way towards it.
