The Chalet del Sole is located in the sunniest and quietest area of Livigno, near the navigable lake and the only one left for char fishing. Behind the house there are the Stelvio and Swiss National Parks. Marmots, deer, chamois and ibex are by now at home.

Lucas Haus in Livigno offers holiday apartments in an enviable location, very close to the ski slopes and the cross country ski trails, as well as to many tracks and bike paths for amazing excursions at high altitude.

A spectacular view opens from Chalet Snowflake. Situated on a slope facing Teola in Livigno, Chalet Snowflake enables the visitors to enjoy a magnificent view on the Alpine arc that dominates the little Tibet.

The Galli and Buzzetti family welcomes you to the new facility "Bait Giobbe" for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The house is located in a quiet district, only a ten minute walk from the pedestrian area. It has five flats with different sizes.

Casa Massi is a comfortable small villa suitable for families or large groups located in a central and very beautiful area of Livigno. The location of the apartment is truly privileged: it is only 50 m from the ski lifts and 200 m from the cycle and pedestrian path.

In Via Saroch you will find our Residence Livigno, a characteristic mountain house perfectly connected to the ski lifts. This three-room apartment will make you feel at home, thanks to its cozy and comfortable structure. Here you can enjoy our breakfast, half board or full board.

Bait da Pedrin is a small chalet with a panoramic view over the Livigno plain towards Forcola. It is convenient to the main points of interest while remaining in a very quiet area. Its strong point is its proximity to the ski lift "American".

The house is located in Teola, in a strategic position in a quiet area, only a 5-minute walk from the center, directly on the pedestrian/cycle path, very close to the Mottolino gondola departure point and the cross country tracks, as well as near the bus stop and a mini market.

The Chalet Real Wood Pemont is a rebuilt property located in the Pemont area, one of Livigno’s sunniest areas, just a few steps from the lake, the centre of Livigno, the cycle path and the famous Dairy.

The Chalets Mokino are two adjoining holiday homes located in the centre of Livigno in Via Ostaria at the beginning of the pedestrian area. The flats are equipped with every comfort.
