Absolutely stunning apartment

​The space is comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated with warm wood accents and perfect lighting. We especially loved the unique wall decoration in the bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen. ​The view of the ski slope from the window is breathtaking, and the location couldn't be better—literally steps away from everything. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Truly outstanding

We have been visiting Sud Tirol for over 20 years, staying in numerous places, and this was one of the best. The pictures on the internet do not do it justice. The apartment and all the furnishings were like new. Everything was spotless. I will not hesitate to go back. Additionally, the owner were very friendly and helpful.

Great apartment on great location. Only the bed mattress is super soft. We will definitely come back.

Super for a ski vacation

The accommodation is located at the entrance of the city San Candido. Our apartment, number four, has a separate kitchen and two big bedrooms. We had enough space during our ski vacation.

Amazing stay in Chalet Novalis!

What can I say! This place is GORGEOUS! We had a great welcome from Verena and she walked us through all of the apartment’s features including a beautiful welcome basket that kept us fed for our entire stay and beyond. The home was completely spotless and the view is absolutely amazing. We had dinner and breakfast on the veranda every day and just sat awestruck at the views of San Candido and the mountains. We also got some restaurant recommendations, which is very helpful. We will use them next time since we cooked quite a bit in the beautiful kitchen. The location was great with walks right from the door into town which is charming with all of the stores to shop in and restaurants to eat at. Chalet Novalis is a quiet sanctuary in this serene spot of San Candido. Close enough to be near the action, but far enough away to be peaceful. We will be back!

Cosy and great located apartment for Ski

Excellent location 150m from the slope – best for early ski on the fresh 'corduroy.' Perfect equipment of the kitchen and cosy furniture. Big table with additional chairs. Big bathroom and well-equipped ski room. Sleeping room a bit tight, but with two entrances :) Excellent apartment for a ski trip with family.

Everything was more than expected

Beautiful and spacious apartment, very tidy, well equipped. Entry into the facility suitable for skiers with all equipment. Simple reservation and check-in procedure. Good location in the city center, close to everything; shops, restaurants, cafes, ski shuttle bus station nearby. Everything was great, we will come back again!

Very nice stay in the Dolomites

I have enjoyed the stay at the old style Sudtirol apartment house with my own kitchen, bath, bed and balcony in a quiet surrounding with a stream directly next to the house. Great place for people who visit Dolomites because of cycling, hiking and running. If you arrive without a car, you need to walk to the bus or train station in Innichen or Versacio, but the walk is very nice along the mountains.
